Shipping Policy

lease allow 1-3 business days processing time before shipment. If you need your order right away please send us a message at supportsquad@nudusbeauty.com before placing the order. 

 

We ship using USPS First Class, free shipping on U.S. orders over $99. For International orders, we use USPS First Class International and the shipping fee is calculated at checkout. 

 

When placing an international order please note that customs, tariffs, duties and other dues are your responsibility to pay. We cannot declare your item as a gift as this is against the law. Once your order is placed you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow your parcel to its destination.

 

If your package says it was delivered but you can't find it please contact your local post office. We suggest you open a claim with USPS if you suspect the item was not delivered, stolen or is otherwise missing. 

 

Nudus Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Always confirm that your address is entered correctly. Any item returned to Nudus Beauty requiring re-shipment will ship at customer's expense. If you need help with the delivery of your items contact us at supportsquad@nudusbeauty.com
